Carter Court Units Available

We are in the final stages of the recruitment process for our Carter Court Co-op in Glastonbury.  This is a twenty-unit development located off of New London Turnpike.  This development contains one, two and three bedrooms units.

Five of the units have been designed to be fully accessible for people with disabilities.  Income limits apply to all units, and the monthly costs will be permanently affordable to people with incomes at or below 60% of area median.
